Purpose: prepare for a practical conversation about an app or workflow.
This is not an official EDGE form, an eligibility assessment, or a promise of funding.

1. THE OPERATION TODAY
Which task is repeated, copied, chased or delayed?
Who starts it, who acts next, and where does it finish?
Which chats, forms, files or existing systems are involved?
What happens when something goes wrong?

2. THE FIRST USEFUL RELEASE
Which outcome matters most?
Which users need access on day one?
What would show that the workflow works correctly?
What can wait until a later phase?

3. HOW RECORDS ARE STORED
Which records need one consistent identifier?
Who can view, edit, approve or export each type of record?
Which existing data must be cleaned or migrated?
What must be logged, backed up and recoverable?

4. THE QUOTATION
Ask for build/setup, software subscriptions, integrations, training,
hosting, ongoing support and tax to be separated.
These are planning categories, not a list of costs eligible for a grant.
Who owns the source materials, data and third-party accounts?
What changes would require a separate quote?

5. THE GRANT CHECK (IF RELEVANT)
Record the exact official activity page you are considering.
Confirm the vendor conditions, supported costs and exclusions there.
Check your remaining relevant annual allowance and project deadlines.
Annual limits refresh on 1 April, but this does not guarantee repeat funding.
Check any one-application-per-UEN limit before planning later phases.
Do not seek support again for the same previously supported expenses.
Your authorised company staff handle the application and claims.
Confirm timing before starting work or paying a supplier.
If funding is essential, wait for written approval before committing.
